I had been looking forward to Sophia and Daniel’s wedding in Richmond Park since they booked me back in July after I photographed Daniel’s sister’s wedding. I really enjoy travelling to different places to photograph weddings and I wasn’t disappointed by Pembroke lodge. It has some incredible views overlooking parts of London. Maybe it’s because I’m a west country boy but people from London have such a great vibe to their weddings. I met with Sophia and Daniel’s families getting ready at The Bingham, a very plush bearby boutique hotel in Richmond. I always enjoy the atmosphere watching lots of excited people happy to see one another again.
The low winter sun reminded us inside the heated hotel, that it was winter outside. Their ceremony took place at sunset and the wedding carried on until the early hours.
