My second time as a Wasing Park wedding photographer, but this time in the summer! Kamila and Paul’s wedding was full of fun and laughter. It was great to return to Wasing Park and see it in the sunshine, a really perfect day for their wedding. With family visiting from across Europe they incorporated a few non-UK traditions in to the mix. Well… namely one tradition. Vodka! It seemed to go down pretty well from what I can tell from the wedding photographs!

Favourite moment of the day for me was when Kamila’s mum did a speech and her son translated it. It’s always nice to hear a mum’s perspective and it was pretty touching (as well as being pretty funny!) They also had the mother of all confetti lines – they were literally covered in the stuff and received a few handfuls to the face. Paul and Kamila were pretty much my perfect kind of client – really easy going… insistent on getting as many couple photos as possible and just plain fun to be around. Their family were really kind to and made me feel like a part of the day (so thank you!)

I think my second favourite moment was when Paul and Kamila asked for something a bit different with their couple photos. We (the videographers and I) asked them to lay down in the middle of a field for a few shots. To our surprise they agreed and the images turned out pretty well! There is at least one that graces the pages of their wedding album.

And a huge thank you to the staff at Wasing Park for looking after me so well. I’m not going to waffle on any more – here are the images that’ll do the rest of the talking…
