I’ve been lucky enough to visit this beautiful wedding venue a few times now and I love going back. It was a beautiful (and surprisingly hot) spring day and everyone had a blast in the grounds. It was great to work with local videographer Rupert Ward Lewis once again! I always enjoy collaborating with a videographer and it’s even better when it’s someone you know.
My favourite part of the day was when they bought their dog out for the family photos. Classic dog – roaming for canapés during the drinks reception! Photographic gold and an important part of the family I made sure to capture. I also love the interior of Orchardleigh House, specifically the ceremony and dining rooms. The large windows provide the most beautiful light and makes everything look incredible. Talking of ‘nice light’ we also got some incredible light at sunset for a few couple photos. Sometimes all the stars align!
