In fairness, if you follow me on instagram you will already have seen a few beautiful photos from Tara and Tim’s wedding at Huntsham Court. Although I am a Bristol wedding photographer it was only a short trip down to Devon to my first ‘large’ weddings of 2021 (whoop!) They had 59 guests, most of whom stayed for the weekend. Since they booked Tara and Tim had a super cute baby – who stayed awake for most of the day to enjoy all of the fun.
A few shout outs to Love Spell Design who made Tara’s incredible dress. But that’s not to forget Tim’s epic suit – can’t beat a light blue! Wedding rings by @samhamdesign, pretty flowers from @earthgalleryflowers and yum food from @mulberry_catering_company.
It was my second time photographing a wedding at Huntsham Court. It is a beautiful wedding venue inside and out, especially in the summer. The ceremony room has panelled wooden walls. These tend to absorb the light making for dark and moody photos but I tried my hardest in the edit to make it seem as light and airy as possible. In any case the window light that spills in looks incredible. They had a good friend as celebrant making their ceremony come to life and the flowers were absolutely stunning.
Tara and Tim were such good hosts that they even put up a screen for everyone to watch the England football game in the evening. That’s love for your friends!
