Louise & Neil | Great Tythe Barn | Wedding
Great Tythe Barn Wedding Photographer
Being Louise and Neil’s Great Tythe Barn wedding photographer was always going to be a blast. Being a wedding photographer can be a little stressful at times. But their wedding day unfolded with so many great moments. They just kept on happening and I ended up taking way too many photos. Especially of Louise’s grandmother who was quite the character (and you’ll see a few photos of her in this post!)
Louise didn’t hesitate in crawling under some barbed wire in her Rosa Clara gown for photos in a nearby field. I was impressed she made it without snagging something! You know if someone works as a personal shop assistant in Harrods then they’re going to look pretty special. Knowing this I wasn’t sure whether she was going to wear something completely far out with flashing lights or a colour. Or even through a curveball and wear something traditional. But she certainly had the ‘wow’ effect. Neil was the gent all day. Asking if I had everything I needed and even offering pre-lunch alcoholic drinks! I love my job.
The Wedding Venue
It was my third time as a Great Tythe Barn wedding photographer. I’m lucky enough to come here at least once a year and it lends itself well to us wedding photographers. Big windows in the barn and beautiful fields nearby. It’s a Cotswolds gem. The grounds are really nice, and if the weather is as good as it was on Louise and Neil’s wedding then everyone enjoys drinks on the lawn.
Louise and Neil got their wedding bands from Alice Stewart (a friend) and Becci from Bijoux Floral worked her usual magic with bloom age!
Anyway, enough talk – here are a few of my favourite photos.
