I can’t think of a better start to the day than blogging Flis and Gav’s wedding. Probably one of the most joyous and happy weddings I photographed last year. They tied the knot in their very own special way, outside in December at Huntstile Organic Farm. Surrounded by their closest family and friends. With gloves, blankets and hand warmers we all sang our hearts out to a Queen power ballad and let their celebrant warm our hearts. I’m not going to say too much more here, as I think the photos go beyond telling the story, and show the amazing sense of communal happiness and love. But do stay tuned until the end for sparklers and the mother of all firework displays.
A huge thank you to both Gav and Flis for inviting me along. I wish you as much happiness and laughter as I saw on your wedding day. A little shoutout to the owners of Huntstile Organic Farm for looking after me so well on the day. Flis’s dress came from Krystle Brides in Bath and her headpiece from Bridezillas. The ladies at Wild Thyme Plants did an amazing job adding extra colours to the day. I loved Ga’s suit (Ted Baker) as well as the tunes that came from Sam & Dom from Carousels & Limousines. After fireworks Hoole’s Discos played the night away. Lastly Daisy Graphic did an amazing job putting together all of the beautiful wedding stationary.
