Lucy & Tim | Devon | Wedding
Lucy returned with Tim to the home where she grew up, in Devon to get married. It was such a beautiful day and there is always something about being by the sea that relaxes me. The smell, sound and the breeze. We had the most beautiful views of the sea for most of the day and it was hard not to stop and stare out.
Lucy and Tim had a Devon wedding at the cutest little church in South Milton, perched right at the top of the hill. It was a beautiful ceremony and lots of their friends and family joined them from all over the UK. We then travelled down to the most amazing marquee, tucked right on top of a cliff. It was quite possible one of the most beautiful wedding venues I have been to. The scenery was incredible. After the wedding speaches we hopped in the car and headed for the sandy beach of Bigbury for some photos of the two of them. We had amazing views of Burgh Island and I photographed them practising their first dance on the beach.
It was as if I were attending a destination wedding.
I’ve such fond memories of spending this incredible day with them. Here is my story in blog form.

I always love looking through your work – it’s so organic, and well told. Simply beautiful.
Amazing work as always! I especially love the portraits of them on the beach.
The bride waiting with her Dad just before entering the ceremony is one of my favourite moments, and you killed it on this wedding.
Along with all the other moments, too 🙂
oh my word these are stunning! what a location!
This was a beautiful post of a beautiful wedding. I don’t think there was a single photo of the bride without a giant smile on her face. That’s what I was thinking until I saw the beach portraits of them. You took it up a notch on those. STUNNING work.
