Northbrook Park Wedding Photographer

I was Lauren and Harry’s Northbrook Park wedding photographer and it was great to return to this beautiful venue in Surrey. Especially with such a lively group of people. If Harry didn’t have a grin on his face or wasn’t laughing then he had a tear in his eye. Lauren wrote me the most nicest email after they received the photographs thanking me. They had an outdoor Jazz band who walked around the reception singing and playing instruments and they had a videographer who made movies for Redbull! A friend of a friend drove them around in a pretty cool 60’s Mustang. As you can gather it was a pretty photogenic wedding celebration.

I have done Northbrook Park wedding photography before with the ceremony at Northbrook Park. But Lauren and Harry found the prettiest church in a nearby village. The ceremony was obviously quite emotional. But the vicar punctuated it in some pretty unconventional moments with a few jokes that helped dispel nerves. If I ever write a book called ‘Stories from a wedding photographer’ I’ll be adding his quotes in!

I found the ceremony pretty memorable – in fact. If you’re getting married and looking for special readings then I would recommend looking at Sonnet 16 by Pablo Neruda. I can’t say I’m well read on poetry, but this one stuck with me.

When she wasn’t chatting with friends, laughing or enjoying her wedding day Lauren was super nice and kept asking me whether there was anything I needed. My job taking Northbrook Park wedding photography was made quite a bit easier thanks to Harry and the guys. Their wedding banter was top and I got so many great moments between them all.
