Yan & Jonathan | Engagement Shoot | London
A few weeks ago I had a really relaxed engagement shoot in London with Jonathan and Yan. We met at Wagamamas and prepared ourselves for a walk around the South Bank with a hot bowl of Yaki Soba. I had extra chilli to keep me warm and it worked a treat! These two came all the way from Hong Kong for a break before their wedding later this year and asked me to tag along for a few hours. They could not have been nicer, and it was great to hang out, eat noodles, and visit new areas of London. I suggested a few pre wedding shoot locations in London and we got on our way.
Also, I have to admit that taking an impromptu ride on a merry-go-round was one of the highlights of my day. I REALLY enjoy these couple shoots, and I have several coming up this year which I’m very excited about. That said I do really miss not going to the wedding. I’m not asking for a wedding invitation (!) – but after hanging out with them and chatting about their plans I can’t help but feel a little like I’m missing out. Maybe one day that will change!
Anyway – here are a few of my favourite photos from around the city – and if you like to see more couple shoots hit the link! And more London engagement photography here.
i love how less posy these images are, very honest!
Albert, these are wonderful, relaxed and beautifully composed.
These images are stunning! Great job!
I love how delicate and sweet these are, not sure London has ever looked as beautiful! The couple and your photography is a perfect combination.
Adorable and so sweet. Love the mix of locations to capture the city!
These two are so sweet, and your capturing of them even sweeter. Absolutely love the organic feel to your work!
The locations and posing are on point! The colors are so vibrant I love it!
OMG loooove – my favorites are probably the yellow flowers and the carousel. So playful and colorful. <3
Always enjoy looking at your work Albert! This session is so good!!
Those carousel shots are awesome, the second one cracked me up!
Absolutely love this! LOVE them laying in the grass and also in front of the brick wall. So natural and casual, you did an amazing job capturing their raw moments together!
What a vibrant shoot! Looks like they had a lot of fun. I especially like the ones of them on the carousel. 🙂
Excellent. Lovely images of a couple that are clearly, happily in love.
Beautiful frames Mr Palmer.
So sweet and beautiful! Love the location and colors!
Beautiful work bro! Knocking it out of the park as per usual!
