Sant Fraed House Wedding
It was great to return to Sant Ffraed House wedding venue for Winnie and Jack’s big day. I had been impatiently waiting for their wedding for what seemed like ages. They got married at Our Lady and St. Michael’s R.C. Church and then headed to Sant Ffraed House in the welsh countryside to celebrate some more. They found me as Winnie was a bridesmaid at this Miskin Manor wedding.
I’m going to skip to the end of the day and briefly mention that the band Tux Fizz were incredible! I wouldn’t say it was my favourite part of the day as there were so many highs. But it’s been a while since I’ve seen a band work the crowd like these guys do! They’ve been added to my recommended suppliers list if you’d like to have more recommendations.
Also on the list of highlights were was the Chinese tea ceremony. Specifically the drums and dragons which looked great on camera but was amazing to experience in real life. And, as always, although I’ve photographed a few tea ceremonies over the years it was great to try and creatively capture something a little different to most weddings.
It was a really beautiful day and although the weather was a little mixed we still managed a few photos outside in the grounds of Sant Ffraed House. The gardens in particular are my favourite part, the little walkway from the house to the reception area is tunning.
Huge thanks to Winnie and Jack. Their Sant Ffraed House wedding was a highlight of my year because they were so fun and relaxed to work with. If you’d like to see more of my work at this beautiful wedding venue in South Wales then please do check out the link.
