Jane & Gareth | Engagement Shoot | Somerset
Jane, Gareth and I headed out to the hills for a little Somerset engagement shoot and a stroll around. We explored forests, hill tops and saw hot air balloons. Jane is from Australia and Gareth is from Wales. I got the impression that their wedding in a few weeks time will be quite the celebration! They are an awesome couple and we got some epic photographs of them walking around the hills of Somerset.
It was a pretty cloudy day, but that didn’t stop Jane from rocking the frock and the photos have a lovely warm quality to them. I also love the heart balloons which make a great accessory a couple shoot. Sadly, I think they made a break for it and floated off, but not before we got a few great images with them. I particularly love the images in the long grass, they give a lovely texture to the photos and always look good.
The sky, whilst grey, was also really dramatic and made for a great backdrop. That shot above in particular is one of my favourites as the stormy sky highlights them both.
