The Cider Barn wedding photography at Dillington Estate Ilminster

Sit down this is a good one! I met Looby at least once before at her sister’s unforgettable wedding at Almonry Barn. So I was super excited when she asked me to photograph her wedding to Tom.

The ceremony was great but the best part of the day was when their dogs arrived for a portrait shoot. They were let loose and had a blast running through the wedding venue eating canapés and getting up to mischief. 

I love going to new wedding venues and The Cider Barn is a brand new wedding venue fairly close to me in Ilminster. It’s actually part of (and not far away from ) Dillington Estate which I went to for the first time last year. A great little venue, right in the countryside with lots of outside space. Nicely enclosed and looking stunning in the summer.

Here are a few shout outs to the wedding team! Keeping it Vintage for their Glassware & LOVE letters and Taddle Farm Tents for the extra Furniture. I was ace to work with videographer Sparks Films who I met at this House wedding.

Liz Beale made some amazing food and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy a slice or two from Stone Artisan Pizza. Jacalyn Dobson did an amazing job on the Bouquets and Emily Costello again worked her magic doing Make up. Lastly Michaela Kingston who was their Wedding Coordinator.

If you’re wondering all of the grasses in the cider mill wedding venue were collected by Looby and Tom on their walks with the dogs.
