Claudia & Alex | The Meadow Barn | Wedding
The Meadow Barn wedding
It was great to return to The Meadow Barn at Stratford Park. I don’t do many many weddings in the West Midlands despite it being so close. I’d visited previously so I was well familiar of the lay of the land. One of my favourite features about the wedding venue is the light inside the barn. As a wedding photographer it’s great to find a barn wedding with so much available light.
Claudia’s sister stood in as their wedding celebrant. I see this at more and more weddings and frankly I’m on board! The ceremony was fun, memorable, personal and really suited to the relaxed vibe of the day. She did an incredible job and if anyone is considering this then I’d whole heartedly recommend it (and it means you get two weddings!) Claudia wore an amazing flower crown made with flowers grown locally and put together by their florist. We had amazing weather (I underestimated it would be so hot!) The evening ended with a great band and pizza all round! The pizza was so good I remembered it from the last wedding I’d been to!
They also had an outdoor ceremony. The Meadow Barn has plenty of outdoor space and it looked absolutely stunning in the summer sun. The colours of everyone’s outfits were on point and it came out beautifully in the photos.
Huge thanks to Claudia and Alex for having me as their wedding photographer. They were such nice people and I hope our paths cross again one day soon. As you can tell from the photos they were so much fun and great hosts (as were their family and friends.). Now, enough waffle – here are a few of my favourite photos from The Meadow Barn wedding. You’re in for a treat!
