Jade & Scott | Tortworth Court | Wedding
Tortworth Court Wedding Photography
I’ve photographed a few Tortworth Court weddings, but Jade and Scott’s was particularly sparkly. They had gone to town on sequins, lights, snow foam. Everything possible to get guests in the Christmas spirit and ready to celebrate. Despite the chilly time of year we had gorgeous sun all day long at Tortworth Court.
Now first things first – when a couple tell me they’re going to bring their dogs to their wedding I know it’s going to be lively! True to their word two pups arrived on commend for a few couple photos around the grounds. Jade and Scott did not skimp on the accessories and even their dogs arrived in suitable black tie attire. These little guys will no doubt make it on to my dogs at weddings page (when I have the time to update it!)
Second up – the bridal suite in the hotel had incredible light and so much space. The same could be said for the orangery where J&S tied the knot.
Jade wore a Morilee gown supplied by the Cotswold frock shop and it was a pleasure to work with Storybox films once again! That sparkling table décor was put together by Once Upon a Table Draping and the awesome Gospel Choir was Instruments of praise. The music didn’t stop there and they had surprise singing waiters (who had pretended to be guests ALL DAY!)
And then a last little shout out to Akshay Kumar the hairstylist. Now this isn’t my area of expertise but the dude worked magic! Highly impressive and a blast to be around.
Massive thanks to Jade and Scott. I loved hearing about how they first met outside a bar. Scott was one relaxed groom – even when he was asked to sing with the gospel choir. He did it with a smile! I loved how Jade had surprise after surprise planned through the day for their guests, Scott (and me!)
Now – enough chat from me. Words can’t really do their wedding justice (especially from me) – but hopefully the photos help. Enjoy!
What an incredible venue! love the glass ceremony space 🙂
Shot from behind the celebrant! Bold move! I’m gonna have to quiz you one day on your white balancing, love how clean you style is.
That photo of the bridesmaid opening the champagne is a belter!
Grand and stylish wedding. Lots of happy moment. Great job as always!
