Hannah & Patrick | Walcott Hall | Wedding

Hannah and Patrick’s  Walcot Hall wedding photography goes down in history as being the most relaxed. Ever. Whilst I’m sure a lot of planning, bunting making and beard styling went in to it the day, it was gloriously happy and laid back. Walcott Hall in Shropshire made for the most charismatic wedding venue I’ve been to. Whilst it’s far from polished therein lies the charm of the vast estate. From old hire trucks, rocking horses and a collection of metal watering cans. If you want a venue with character – this is it.

If you’re interested, Hannah’s bouquet was from Wild Bunch Fresh Cut Flowers. It looked beautiful, especially against that red door! And I can confirm that the food from Holden’s Catering was every bit as delicious as it looked.

After an emotional ceremony we headed outside for drunks, hugs and family photos. Good times! After the initial celebrations we headed in to the gardens of Walcott Hall for games and more drinks. We were serenaded by The Dotted Crotchets who set the tone for the afternoon and I watched people played giant Jenga, Croquet and Bowles. Later in the afternoon we headed inside for the evening meal and home made animal masks. I’m a big fan of architecture and the reception room looked incredible.
