Christina & Andrew | Wick Farm Bath | Wedding
Wick Farm Bath Wedding
It’s been a few years since I’ve been to Wick Farm Barn, but I was extra happy to head there for Christina and Andrew’s wedding. Now, no one will know this but Christina was one of the first people I met on my photography journey. She’s a talented graphic designer and pretty handy with a camera too.
When I first started as a clueless amateur she helped answer my questions. Then, when I decided on a change of career I drew inspiration from her and took a graphic design course. Now, whilst I enjoyed graphic design I was a lot better with a camera. But the skills I learned helped spring board my website and advertising.
It was a real privilege to attend a friends wedding and play a small part. They had themed it up big time with with comics, sci-fi and plenty of handmade details (which I definitely took too many photos of!) The felt flower centre pieces and the floral hoop at the back of the barn looked ace. I was also nice to attend a nice local Bristol wedding 30 minutes from home.
Wick Farm Barn has a lovely outside space, and we headed down the drive for a few couple photos. We also took advantage of the rain for a few backlit night shots with the family car which Christina arrived in.
Shout outs to Strawberry Fields and Bath Spa Florists. Christina made her own felt bouquet and looked amazing in her dress from Find a Dress Bridal. Terri’s Bridal & Occasion Hair worked their magic in the morning along side Kate Elizabeth Beauty & MUA. Bath Baby Cakes made the, um cake! And The wedding players kicked off a wild evening of dancing!
A massive massive thank you to Christina and Andrew for having me, it was wonderful to see you get wed. I hope these photos bring back all the emotions of the day every time you look through them.
