Winter Pre Wedding Shoot in Florence

Another banger on the blog today! Again, this isn’t a recent but I did have the good fortune to do a winter pre wedding shoot in Florence. I’ve been a few times before to this beautiful city. But it was my first trip to the city in winter! As I’ve been a few times I’m pretty familiar with Florence and have a good route planned through some incredible spots. This was good as the weather was FREEZING. I’m not kidding that we had to stop for hot chocolates every hour and it was the first time I had been to Italy and not eaten gelato!

That said I did offset the gelato with plenty of nice coffee (I really like coffee!) The weather was so cold it snowed but Jenko and Kit continued despite the conditions. The sun also shone brightly for us after the snow. Jenko and Kit were an amazing couple and smiled through it all.

After photos on the bridges we headed up to Piazzale Michelangelo for incredible views over the city. We also visited a few other spots high up on the hill. The architecture there really is incredible, there’s nothing else like it.
