Wedding Photographs Ashton Court

Heather & Jamie | Wedding | Ashton Court, Bristol

I was really pleased with the feedback I got from posting this preview of Heather & Jamie’s wedding, photographed at Ashton Court Mansion close to Somerset. But here is the bigger picture including the bridal preparations – which I was really pleased to be invited along to photograph. I always find these really help tell the whole story of the day and I always enjoy the laughs and more tense times before the ceremony!

Heather and Jamie got married at the beautiful St Albans Church in Bristol. It was a superb venue with lovely soft light which helped make my job slightly easier! There was plenty of room to move around quietly and discretely photograph the exchanging of rings and the little glances.

I’ve also posted a few photographs from the evening at Ashton court Mansion as Jamie and Heather had a mini-casino at their wedding! Whilst I didn’t participate myself (too embarrassed at my non existent skills!) it was great fun to photograph all of their guests reactions as they won, and then inevitably lost! Surprisingly this venue isn’t on my best wedding venues in Bristol list – although it might be a contender for next year.
