Lavender Pre Wedding Shoot
Here is a sunny lavender pre wedding shoot – right near Stow-on-the-Wold. We visited several areas including a lavender field, did a quick outfit change and jumped on the train to London. You may remember these two from their pre wedding shoot in Iceland. It was great to photograph them again somewhere warmer! We found an old stone bridge, Cotswold houses and another typical village which made a great backdrop.
My favourite part of the shoot was the trip to the lavender farm. I had been there before and it was great to be there on a sunny day. The light was pretty harsh but we got some very colourful images. With big skies and lots of great colours I’m really proud of how these came out. After the lavender farm we jumped on the train to London and I gave them my 1 hour quick tour around the capital’s best bits. Despite it being a little cloudy it worked well and was a contrast to the sunny morning and midday.
A huge thank you to Regine and Chris for letting me take their photos. I have to hand it to them and their great choice of outfits. They were strong looks and they pulled them all off and also bought some great poses to the pre wedding shoot and were a lot of fun to hang out with! They gave me free reign and allowed me to take them to some beautiful locations in the cotswolds (despite the tourists!)
