Katie & Tim | Kingston Bagpuize House | Wedding
Kingston Bagpuize House Wedding Photographer
Katie and Tim got married just last month and I was their Kingston Bagpuize House wedding photographer. Which by the way, is incredibly beautiful architecturally. If you’re in to architecture then check it out in person! It was great to work with KBH events (for the second time this month!) the gardens and parkland are stunning and it makes for an incredible wedding venue. The weather we had was on point!
Katie and Tim met at Jesus College, so, it was fitting for them to marry there. Tim’s father held the ceremony which I think is pretty amazing! It was certainly one of my favourite parts of the day.
It was lovely to return to Jesus College again to do wedding photography. If my wife and I were getting married again I’m not so sure we’d have chosen Southampton Uni as our wedding venue – but Jesus college is pretty special and makes for a lovely background.
Kingston Bagpuize House was sensational – and I’m pretty sure I’m right in saying it features in the Netflix series Bridgerton! Although we didn’t spend much time inside (way too nice a day!) the grounds were incredible and we were treated to the mother of all confetti lines outside.
A massive thank you to Katie and Tim’s families who could not have been more welcoming and hospitable.
One of my other favourite moments of the day was a 20 minute stroll through Oxford city centre. The sun was out, people were having a great time. We took a few couple photos next to the iconic Oxford landmarks. So many people cheered and clapped them through the streets. I love capturing these spontaneous moments and these photos are some of my favourite.
Now, here are the photo highlights from the wedding at Kingston Bagpuize House.
