Summer Wedding at Lulworth Castle

Today fresh on the blog is a Summer wedding at Lulworth Castle. A mega fun day with a mega fun couple. My final wedding of 2020 was at Lulworth Castle in February, so it was ace to return there for my largest wedding of 2021.

We were all treated to some amazing weather considering how rainy it can be in August. I think this was the sunniest wedding at Lulworth Castle I’ve ever been to. Everyone was keen to get outside and enjoy the drinks reception and lawn games. Because there was so much sun I had a little time to explore new areas for couple photos. We had a great sunset and the evening finished with some amazing fireworks.

It was great to work alongside Juno wedding films (always nice to have a partner in crime!)

Katie and James laid on a Big red vintage London bus to take everyone to the ceremony. A few shout outs to other suppliers such as makeup artists Grace Olivia and Laura Mackenzie Hair Design. Flowers & Styling from Oh Flora Weddings and the Photobooth from Pikabooth UK. Their band FullyFunkTional played the night away.

Katie’s dress was from Ava Rose Hamilton and catering from Dorset Fine Dining.

They got ready at Rudds Boutique Hotel which had an amazing view of the sea. I’d recommend checking it out if you’re ever staying in the area.
