Angela and Joe rang in the New Year in serious style with their wedding at Ivy Lodge. A beautiful new wedding venue that is already set to become a favourite. Their day had all the energy you would expect from a New Year’s Eve celebration. Elegant details, emotional moments and one unforgettable Land Rover photo!
Getting Ready Near Ivy Lodge
The morning began with Angela getting ready at a nearby hotel, just a short distance from Ivy Lodge. She looked incredible in her dress by Ellie Lowe. A timeless and modern gown that suited the setting perfectly. Hair and makeup were by Kate Kelvin, who I had not worked with in years and it was great to see again.
A Beautiful New Wedding Venue
Ivy Lodge is a stunning new wedding venue, full of light and character. It worked beautifully for Angela and Joe’s winter wedding. Hosting around 150 guests, the venue felt lively and full.
The ceremony took place at 4pm, making the most of the winter light before the sun dipped.
Flowers, Cake and Styling
The florals by The Flower Hut Tetbury complementing Ivy Lodge without overpowering it. Everything felt thoughtfully styled and cohesive.
The cake was created by Pip’s Patisserie, and it looked as good as it tasted. It was a real crowd pleaser and fitted beautifully with the overall look of the day.
Evening Celebrations and New Year’s Eve Energy
As the evening celebrations began, the energy ramped up even more. Tux Fizz kept the dance floor full, delivering an incredible party atmosphere that carried us through to the New Year celebrations.
A New Year’s Eve wedding brings something extra special, and Angela and Joe’s day was full of laughter and unforgettable moments right through to the end of the night.
