Danielle & Jordan | Newbury | Wedding

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Back in the beautiful month of August, Danielle and Jordan tied the knot in their home town, just outside of Newbury. It was an incredible day, not least because the ‘severe weather warning’ seemed to pass us by – but because of the people. Definitely one of the funnest weddings I’ve been to this year and one THE best wedding day story I’ve witnessed.

I’m sure they won’t mind me relaying the whole drama, which started in the morning, at the The Vineyard Hotel where Danielle and her bridesmaids were getting ready. Now, oddly enough another Danielle was preparing for her wedding in another suite. Unwittingly, she finished earlier, headed downstairs and got in our Danielle’s wedding car and headed off to the wrong ceremony to meet the wrong groom. Crazydays. Luckily, somewhere along the route she realised she wasn’t going in the right direction and a crises was avoided. Just.

Luckily everyone took it in their stride and the rest of the day passed without a hitch. Danielle made it to the Church of the Ascension where she married Jordan. After the sweetest ceremony I was taken on a car journey to take some wedding photos of them both at Watership Down before heading back to Jordan’s mother’s house for a wedding reception in the orchard.

People relaxed on hay bales, the speeches were some of the funniest I’ve heard.. and then the dancing..
