St Audries Park Wedding Photographer

You may remember them from these photos and their Isle of Wight wedding. Well here we are for the larger wedding which was held in the Orangery at St Audries Park. One of the lovely things about being a wedding photographer is visiting countryside wedding venues like this. The orangery is a lovely (light!) background for the ceremony shots and the gardens around St Audries Park aren’t too bad either!

This time it was Carla’s best friend and bridesmaids heather to be the celebrant. It’s nice for the ceremony to be a little bit more personal and heather made it all that and more.

One of my favourite moments of the day was when the drinking games kicked off during the wedding reception. Then  again after the meal, courtesy of the local Somerset friends! Always a fun one to witness a wedding photographer and thankfully as I’m on duty I have a good excuse to avoid the antics.

Massive shout out to groom Richard who bought some epic dance moves. They were also super accommodating to come with me for some beautiful couple photos at sunset. Being a St Audries Park wedding photographer means I know a good spot or two! There’s lots of options around the Georgian house and grounds for couple photos.

A massive thank you to Carla and Richard for having me along. They were a dream to work with and I’ve really fond memories of the day. They could not have been more welcoming and fun to work with. I hope these wedding photos bring back back many happy memories for years and years to come.
