Elopement Wedding in Bath

2024 could not have gotten off to a better start than L&T’s elopment wedding in Bath. From their first enquiry I knew it was going to be a good one. L sent me some inspiration for the photos  and it was great to try something a little different. I love the way wedding photography evolves other time and new trends come in. So these elopement photos are a little more editorial than I have done in the past but I just love them.

Over the years I’ve done quite a few elopement weddings in Bath. Because I’m a regular at the Roman Baths and the Guildhall I know some great spots around the centre for nice photos. Bath does make for a nice backdrop so you don’t have to walk far but some areas are busier than others.

For winter in the UK we could not have had a nicer day and it exceeded my expectations! I’m pretty good at managing to conjour these up and the sun could not have been more welcome.

After the elopement wedding ceremony where Tony’s parents were witnesses, we took a few photos around the centre of Bath and headed back to the hotel for a hot drink and a warm up in the bar.

Huge congratulations to L&T. I loved playing a small part in your day and you both made my job super easy. I hope these photos bring back all the happy memories for years to come! Lastly, enough waffle and on with the photos from their elopment wedding in Bath.
